What to include in an enquiry

  • Legal business or organisation name, contact person and working website.
  • Product, service or campaign being promoted and the intended audience or geography.
  • Preferred dates, format, budget range, landing page and supplied creative assets.
  • All health, performance, pricing, sponsorship, affiliate and regulatory disclosures relevant to the offer.
  • Any measurement or reporting requirement that must be included in the written scope.

Health and reader-safety review

Health-related advertising receives additional scrutiny because readers may act on it. Claims must be lawful, supportable and presented with material qualifications. Testimonials alone do not establish safety or effectiveness.

  • No guaranteed cures, deceptive before-and-after claims or pressure to stop professional treatment.
  • No unlawful products, counterfeit goods, malware, impersonation or misleading landing pages.
  • No fabricated professional endorsements, certifications, research or regulatory approvals.
  • Age-restricted or sensitive categories may be declined even when lawful.

Labelling and editorial independence

Sponsored material should be identified in language readers can understand. A commercial partner may check factual details about its own organisation, but cannot require TVL Health to disguise advertising as independent reporting.

Payment does not buy favourable coverage elsewhere on the site, removal of legitimate criticism, a medical endorsement or control over independent editorial decisions.

Review and booking process

  • Send a complete brief through the advertising option on our contact form.
  • We review audience fit, claims, landing pages, creative requirements and available inventory.
  • If suitable, the parties agree scope, price, disclosures, payment terms and dates in writing.
  • Creative is checked before publication; material changes may require another review.
  • TVL Health may reject or remove material that becomes unlawful, misleading, unsafe or inconsistent with the agreed scope.
